Progress update: filings at 14 704 words
The draft filings grew to 14 704 words across 51 pages excluding annexes, with both lawyers working on the statute of limitations and the draft itself, and an automated contract-history system being built as evidence.

It has been a while since the last general announcement, where this update on both discord and GoFundMe is necessary to keep everyone up to date if you haven’t been keeping up with general conversations in the lawsuit-chat channel.
Starting with the filings, although it may not seem like much is happening on the surface, they’ve gone through a multitude of changes as the case is being built up & more information surfaces, where we’ve gone from around 10 000 words ~2 months ago to 14 704 words (corresponding to 51 pages) as of 3 days ago, excluding annexed evidence.
Word and page counts are obviously not an indicator of completion, it simply gives you an idea of what kind of document is being worked on, where the more is added and changed, the more work it implies in terms of double checking each ground and statement. Both lawyers in the firm are on top of it, Conny is working on double checking the statute of limitations and grounds for dismissal, Björn is working on the draft itself (as in wording, legal citations etc).
I do feel like things are moving very slowly, where I still don’t think it is appropriate for me to try to “force things through as fast as possible” beyond doing the best I can to reply to their questions and review the draft revisions for necessary changes. Ultimately I do think that ensuring everything is as best as can be from our side is good since we are up against a company that will throw money at a large law firm with more manpower than we can afford to dissect every piece of the filings and try to find an argument against us.
The group qualification criteria have not changed, the only outstanding actions are the completion of the filings and for Perny & I to finish a system that can detect and display the historical changes to the contracts automatically to be used as evidence, as the sheet I had compiled from the manual comparison of thousands of archive pages could have had mistakes (which we saw happened at least once as far as “when” I noticed a change occurred). Things are moving forward, dozens of emails are being exchanged on a monthly basis and we’re getting close.
