Demand letter awaiting response

Update

The letter containing our demands has been awaiting a response from Mojang’s lawyers, where they still have until the 1st of October (1 week & 2 days left) to reach out to us. In simple terms, it’s the letter that says “We have X (amount of) consumers that want to sue you because of XYZ, the group wants you to address XYZ, if you do not respond before the 1st of October we will file the class action in Stockholms tingsrätt.” (obviously extremely simplified but you get the point).

There isn’t much else to do / say until the date hits, at which point I’ll send out an announcement on whether they actually got back to us or not, which I personally think has questionable chances given Mojang’s apparent lack of legal representation; although going for the “ignore the problem and it will just go away” approach won’t really work for them this time.
