Response to the court sent; dispute over who notifies participants
The response to the court's request for clarifications was sent. Responsibility for contacting participants is now in dispute, after the court appeared to step back from handling it.
^The response to the above has been sent out, we are now arguing over who will be responsible for contacting the participants, previously when we had a talk with the court they mentioned handling the email sendoff etc as was said in a previous announcement but they seem to be backing off from that
