No emails had been sent yet; a message would go to everyone who submitted the form, with the court separately contacting those who met the criteria.

No emails have been sent as of yet.
To clarify, we as in I will be sending out an email to everyone that completed the participation form submission (including to those that did not meet the criteria), where the email is in principle going to be exactly what was announced above with a tiny header that indicates whether the recipient met the group criteria or not.
ADDITIONALLY, as stated in the announcement, the court itself will send out an email solely to those that met the criteria to confirm their participation.
