In-person recordings completed and bank transparency site released
Recording with the law firm finished, and bank.lawsuit.gg was cleared for public release, giving read-only access to the account holding the community funds.
Progress update
In-person recordings
As of today, the in-person recordings with our law firm have been completed, totaling 145GB of footage over a ~2.5 hour recording session.
This marks the start of the production of the follow up video as I now have the material I need to make it, where I’ve taken 3 weeks off of work starting on the 23rd so I can focus on the editing process to get it out as soon as possible. We are aiming for having the filings submitted prior to the 15th of October 2025 to be within a statue of limitations, and the video will be scheduled for release prior to the 14th of July.
Bank transparency
After double checking with the law firm, we’re cleared to publicly release https://bank.lawsuit.gg/, a website that has read-only access to the bank account statistics for transparency with the current funds in the bank account and all movements.
While there may be concerns about the possibility of having a publicly accessible way of seeing “how much we have left”, I believe that transparency is a core part of the case, and the lawyers agreed that having it publicly displayed shouldn’t pose any problems.
